New phone — where are my purchases? Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Profile → Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel the club subscription? Profile → Manage Subscription, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
A video won't play. Check your internet connection and update the app; if that doesn't help, write to us.
How do I delete my account? Profile → Delete Account.
